Working principle of crusher
The main working part of the crusher is a rotary table with a blade. The rotary table is composed of a spindle and a rotary table.The motor drives
the rotary table to rotate at a medium speed in the slicing chamber, and the material enters from the upper feeding port,the upper part of the
rotary knife is sheared by the rotary blade and is discharged at the lower part of the rotary knife.
Cassava processing plant
1.Washing machine : To remove the stone sand and from the raw material ,and peel it.
2.Crusher:high efficiency cutting and grinding.
3.Second crusher:grinding the dewatered cassava slump flakes.
4.dewater machine :remove the water from the grate cassava.
5.Dry machine:use airflow dryer to dry the flour.
6.Sifter machine: Sieve the good quality cassava garri.
7.Packing machine: Packing garri in different bags,such as 50kg,25kg,5kg,1kg,450g and 150g net weight.
